From accepted offer to closing, we’ve got it handled! We will:
- Review your offer documents to ensure compliance and alerting you to any missing information or deadline issues
- Send introductory emails to all parties (clients, lender, title company, and co-broker)
- Determine contingency deadlines and share with all parties
- Upload all offer documents to your broker’s transaction management platform (SkySlope, DotLoop, DocuSign Transaction Room, etc…)
- Maintain file in your broker’s transaction management system and ensure file completion in a timely manner
- Order title, ensure title commitment is delivered on time, and review closing statements
- Track all deadlines and ensure they are met on time
- Send reminders to relevant parties of upcoming deadlines, including you
- Coordinate confirmation of inspections with all parties
- Check in with the lender to ensure the loan process proceeds smoothly (appraisal, underwriting, etc…)
- Order home warranties (if needed)
- Ensure repair receipts, covenants & restrictions, condo documents, etc. are received on time and sent to the relevant parties
- Schedule and confirm closing with all parties
- Coordinate the final walk-through
- Provide regular updates and send other helpful information to your clients as part of your team
- Give you a branded social media post upon processing of accepted offer & following closing
