We’ll optimize your new listing with a professional, polished product that’s sure to impress your sellers & provide maximize exposure:
- Input listing into the MLS system
- Confirm accuracy of listing information and update as needed
- Upload photos into the MLS and arrange in an appealing order
- Add listing documents to your broker’s transaction management platform
- Add RECR, Addendum S, condo documents, etc to your transaction management system and the MLS database
- Order yard sign placement and removal
- Input showing instructions and contact information
- Manage the listing in the MLS, including adding open houses and updating statuses
- Email a link of the listing to you and your clients, and make any requested adjustments
- Order home warranty (if needed)
- Give a branded social media post for Just Listed (and Coming Soon if in Withheld)
- PRICE: $100 per listing
- Additional services that can be added:
- Write MLS remarks on your behalf: $25
- Create marketing flyer (choose one of our templates) & home feature sheet: $50
- NOTE: Data for feature sheet needs to be provided by Seller; can give worksheet for them to fill out
- Offer professional photography & drone video services
- Listing Photos ONLY: $100
- Listing Photos & Drone Video Package: $200
- NOTE: $30 additional fee if outside of Dane County
All listing services are billed at the time of service (i.e. when the property is listed).
